A Night in Chicago
This fundraising gala, hosted by the Pacific Symphony, brought the magic and the history of Chicago to the ballrooms of Monterey Bay. Through the transformational art of projection, myself and the tech team at Brite Ideas, painted the venue's walls with a living wallpaper spanning the course of 143 years of history in 31 ‘era’ videos.

Pollstar Awards 2025
I had the tremendous opportunity to creative direct the design of the visual identity for the 2025 Pollstar Awards. From conception to execution, I developed a consistent visual language across the uniquely elongated 4-screen layout and managed a small team of incredible artists to successfully create and oversee the execution of over 350 videos in the span of a fortnight.

Romance of the Mission Gala: San Juan Capistrano
For the first time in the history of their fundraising gala, the Mission San Juan Capistrano embraced fully custom projection mapped scenes tailored to live musical performances. Working directly with our incredible lighting designer, our video technician leads, and the creative stakeholders at the mission, I storyboarded and animated each piece according to the timing and mood of the individual performances.

The Getty Medal 2022
Working with a team of 2 other designers, I created custom floral scenes that evolved and transformed throughout the night, acting as a living wallpaper and an extension of the venue’s own incredible gardens. In doing so, it honored and celebrated the Getty Museum as they recognized the recipients of the 2022 Getty Medal Award.

Sergestrom's 50th Candlelight Concert
This 50th Candlelight Celebration featured opening performances by David Foster, Katherine McPhee, and Elton John, all framed by a large scale LED arch. At the conclusion of these performances, the LED arch initiated a larger than life reveal. Working with the design team, I storyboarded the visual sequence and collaborated with our Houdini artist to bring the experience to life. This vast undertaking entailed 4 separate video composition files, overlaid and playing in tandem to direct the audience’s focus. Several onsite modifications were made, requiring short turnaround times and effective problem solving to ensure the success of the final project.

An Evening With Elton John
In this incredible multi-million dollar event, the team at Brite Ideas (in partnership with JBB) created a massive multi-tent setup in the (at the time) dirt lot adjoining the Beverly Hilton. I had the opportunity to not only work directly with Elton John's personal lighting designer on background looks for this iconic performance, but also to create the digital signage around the entire space.

Red Hat Summit and AnsibleFest 2024
As the Executive Content Coordinator for the annual Red Hat Summit (and corresponding AnsibleFests), it is my responsibility to manage and liaison between the Red Hat content creators, the event producers, and the technical team to ensure a unified understanding of all things content (file formatting, slide timing, script updating, etc.) I do this through a variety of resources, but most effectively by creating AfterEffect templates, content creation guides, and file naming structures.

A Roaring Conviction
Envisioned in response to Storyland Studios’ Design Challenge, “A Roaring Conviction” is an original escape room design inspired by the ever alluring (and newly public domain) Fitzgerald original, “The Great Gatsby”. Utilizing my nearly half decade of experience working in the escape room industry, I reimagined this popular classic into an immersive murder mystery, puzzle solving experience that addresses the largest hurdle escape rooms face - replayability.

Fidelity Circle of Excellence
For this corporate function, we created looks inspired by the inherent glamour of the space itself with the intention of making the LED walls disappear into the background of the venue. By utilizing the same wallpaper and the same window design, we made an immersive experience emulating a sunset in the graphic quality of the client’s preferred style.

Casey Wasserman's 50th Birthday
With over 20ft of LED wall, this event design fully transported attendees out of the Barker Hanger and into some of LAs most iconic places to celebrate one of LAs most iconic people - Casey Wasserman. This space included floor to ceiling star drape, 50ft wide disco balls, and kinetic glowing orbs that complimented seamless widescreen content across the length of the space; created through adapting and layering sourced footage and pairing it with branded graphics to ground the experience.

Sergestrom's 49th Candlelight Concert
On behalf of Brite Ideas, I worked as a content producer for Segerstrom Center’s 49th Candlelight Celebration. Taking inspiration from Tom Bercu’s set design, I ideated various treatments of floral imagery that were then provided to another member of the design team for animation. Using those files, and working with our lighting and tech teams, I then created a 3D mockup of the culminating reveal moment, inviting guests onstage. Using this mockup as a guide, I developed alternative endings to the animated sequence to better utilize the timing and environment restrictions of the space.

PMMC's 2023 Fundraising Gala: "Splash!"
“Every Drop Makes A Splash!” is the Pacific Marine Mammal Center’s 2023 fundraising gala. For this event I had the pleasure to work directly with PMMC’s visionaries to create an evolving visual identity, featuring title graphics, sponsorship slides, diagrams, and more. But what really set this event apart was the enhancement of the venue itself. The Festival of Arts features incredible white canopies that were used as a projection surface to fully emulate the feeling of being underwater, further transforming the event into an immersive experience and resulting in over $1 million raised for the care and protection of marine life.

Do(es) I(t) Make a Sound?
I had the immense pleasure to come up with a concept for LACMA's Art and Technology Grant. “Do I Make a Sound” is a fully immersive, interactive experience design exploring the correlation between sound, mental health, and color. While it was not selected, the exploration and research into this type of event inspired and propelled my work in live, experience based events and has continued to inspire my design perspective in all facets.

TBM Conference 2024
The TBM Council’s annual conference is one of my favorite events to work. I assisted with the graphic design of the slides, as well as the content management and coordination of the event. I’m lucky enough to have worked this event for the past 3 years, have established an amazing rapport and relationship with stakeholders, and have been specifically requested by name to work the last two.

Dallas Price's 90th Birthday
To celebrate the esteemed 90 years of Dallas Price, her husband envisioned an immersive night of play. Acting as a carnival ringmaster, Bob Price led guests into a hall of memories featuring walls of monitors showcasing imagery from throughout Dallas’s incredible life. Myself and the team at JBB worked collaboratively to enhance and expand the event’s narrative with curated branding for use on multiple LED screens throughout the venue.
